Probiotics For Pets
Hi mama, I see you.
You want the best for your family, me too.
I see you reading labels and checking ingredients and scrutinizing the new things you allow into your home. I also see you effortlessly reaching for the things that are tried and true and trusted.
I know the late night searches, the facebook questions, and the feeling of not knowing something until you know something.
Your family and their health is everything and you’re doing your absolute best to ensure the balance of low-tox, organic, homemade, and convenient doesn’t bury you under the weight of the world.
Let me help.
Many of us come to the health table after something has gone awry, but what if we could get there ahead of time…
Prevention is better than cure right?
The science of gut health is very popular at the moment, and rightly so; the balance of bacteria in our guts not only affects our digestive health but also has enormous ramifications for our mental health and behaviour, our immune system, the condition of our skin and hair, even our fertility.
But did you know the same is true for our pets? Your pets gut health plays a pivotal role in all other aspects of their health as well, whether dog, cat, bird, guinea pig, rabbit, ferret, horse, cow, sheep or pig.
Does your pet have behavioural issues? Do they suffer from stress or anxiety? Are they experiencing poor skin conditions, eczema, itching, redness, or a dull coat? Does your pet smell and/or fart a lot? Stinky poos or urinary tract issues? Digestive upset such as vomitting or diarrhoea, or perhaps an auto-immune condition, allergies or even cancer?
Whether you’re new to animal health or a professional raw feeder, Probiotics for Pets can help you support your pet to new levels of health and wellbeing.
Please note, these probiotics are NOT synthetically created in a laboratory like so many others on the market.
Probiotics for Pets is a naturally fermented organic wholefood powder, created in Australia from Australian grown organic ingredients.
These organic foods are exposed to a mother culture containing at least 14 different strains of naturally occurring beneficial bacteria.
This means that our product is completely stable at room temperature, in fact it is stable between -18*C - 50*C, which means you can add the powder to treats, gummies, dehydrated and frozen snacks, or simply sprinkle it over whatever food you currently feed your animals.
The bacteria are activated by stomach acids once ingested, this means they're dormant in the tub. Synthetic probiotics on the other hand die off over time, so the older the tub the less potent the contents. This also makes our product viable long after the best before date has passed. And that’s a huge win for both your pets, the planet and your back pocket.
Unfortunately the highly processed nature of pet foods means that they are generally completely devoid of nutrients by the time they get to you.
Just imagine preparing a roast dinner of grass-fed meats, and organic vegetables only to burn it to a crisp. Would you still feed those hard chunks of blackened burnt meat and veg to your family?
Would you still think it nutritious?
Sadly, just because the ingredients started off as being healthful, doesn’t mean they end up that way.
Health for your pet is also a deep dive, I know, but its one you can take step by step. And if you’re going to start somewhere, start here.
Start by adding one quarter of a teaspoon of Probiotics For Pets to your pets meal daily. It doesn’t take much. Allow their body time to adjust and you can increase the dose incrementally.
Probiotics for Pets can be added to ANY meal, whether kibble, wet food or a homemade raw bowl.
Being a natural food product it also contains prebiotic fibres, and vital nutrition in the form of vitamins, minerals, amino acids and enzymes.
So you can be confident knowing that we’ve taken care of all the heavy lifting.
You can still enjoy reading the label and the ingredients, and we hope you do, but if you’d prefer to just reach for what you know to be tried, tested, trustworthy and true, just reach for a tub of Probiotics for Pets and we promise you won’t be disappointed.
Safe for all animals (including children), human-grade ingredients, third party tested for purity and potency.
Note for pet parents concerned about gluten containing ingredients:
We have not tested the final product for gluten traceability, however, we have had several clients (dogs) with quite severe gluten sensitivity trial our product with great success and no adverse reactions.
How is this possible?
The fermentation process begins the microbial breakdown of our ingredients and thus their proteins (including gluten) which not only makes the nutrients contained therein (vitamins, minerals, amino acids, phytonutrients etc) more bioavailable to your pet, it also makes the original ingredients a whole lot less reactive and inflammatory as they have been partially digested (or denatured). YAY!
